I have tried to answer your most common questions. But there may be things that I haven’t thought of. If you have questions then please don’t hesitate to ask.
Do I have to create an account with you?
No, you can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery we have a Checkout service where you can place an order without registering with us. You can also opt to register with us you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address so that we can process your order, and notify you of your order status and inform you of special offers and promotions.
Has my order gone through?
If you order is successful you will receive an automated email From Flores Boutique to confirm the order details.
What designs and options can I have as a nappy cake?
The beauty of nappy cakes is that they give a huge variety of option in terms of colours, items included in the nappy cake and the number of layer that the nappy cake is made from. You will see in our nappy cake pages that we ensure we have a range on 1 tier nappy cakes, 2 tier nappy cakes and the top of the range 3 tier nappy cakes for that luxury baby gift. I always try to design each nappy cake with different contents and colours to appeal to all requirements.
How big is a nappy cake?
This will depend on the number of layers in the nappy cake. The more layers in the nappy cake the wider the base cake layer needs to be and so the height and width increases. Each layer the nappy cake is about the width of a size 3 nappy which is about 10cm. The overall 3 tier nappy cake including wrapping is therefore typically about 45 cm high.
How is the nappy cake or baby gift packed for delivery?
All the nappy cakes and baby gifts are beautifully wrapped with ribbons and boxes. The nappy cakes are all wrapped in celephane giving a fantastic and spectacular finish to the gift. I then take the nappy cakes or baby gift basket and pack them in brand new cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive intact and look impressive on delivery. I use royal mail to deliver our nappy cakes to ensure they are delivered safely and reliably,
Can I include a message?
Yes, all orders include a personal message card. This can be entered at the end of the checkout. Please remember to include your own name on the messages this will not be automatically included.

Where will the message be located?
The message will be printed on a luxury folded card inside which it will put in an envelope in the box with the items.
If you have ordered a gift card as an extra with your order, then the message will be included in the card.
Cancellation for all Gifts
All nappy cakes, baby gifts, newborn baby gifts flower sets, Sweet Arrangement, sweet trees, Towel Cake, Wedding towel cake, Pamper Me Spa Towel Gift Sets, Bridal Shower Towel Cake, Tea Towel Cake- Kitchen Utensil and Hampers are made to order. Once we send out a confirmation email to say I have received your order I start to assemble your order. Orders can be cancelled at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Once your order has been posted it cannot be cancelled.
Your right to cancel shall not apply to products supplied to your specification or which are personalised. Please note this policy excludes all the flower products as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns:
Once you have notified me that you are returning the products the cost of the products will be re-credited to your credit or debit card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the products in question are returned by you and received by me.
The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. It is your responsibility to take good care of the Products to ensure that the products and their packaging are not damaged.
You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item.
I cannot issue a refund until I have received the goods. I recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to in case goods are lost in the post.
If you do not return the products delivered to you or you do not pay the cost of returning them i shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the products from the amount to be re-credited to you.
I will inspect all products returned to me as faulty or damaged. If we discover that the product is faulty or damaged I may recharge you for the product and the costs incurred .
